Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
What is “non-emergency medical transportation”?
Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) refers to safe, scheduled transport for patients who need assistance or monitoring to attend medical appointments, therapy, or clinic visits, but are not in an urgent or emergency condition.
How do I request a ride?
Simply click “Request a Ride,” fill out the form with pickup/dropoff details, patient needs, and contact info. Our team contacts you to confirm service and finalize the schedule.
Is insurance or government coverage accepted?
Depending on your location and healthcare plan, we may accept insurance or government-supported programs. Contact us with your plan information, and we’ll verify eligibility.
Can caregivers ride with patients?
Yes — in most cases, one caregiver or companion may accompany the patient. Let us know in advance so we can accommodate.
How early should I schedule?
We recommend at least 24 hours in advance when possible, but we also offer same-day service when capacity allows.
What if my plans change?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible (ideally 2–4 hours ahead). See our cancellation policy under Terms.
Are your vehicles wheelchair-accessible?
Yes — we have vehicles equipped with ramps, lifts, and tie-down systems for wheelchair users.
